Swing Group Reps – Menai Lamers James and Milly Trigg

Hi everyone, we are Menai Lamers James and Milly Trigg! We are 1st year physics students, and active members of ULMS. We want to run for swing group as we feel at home in the group and thoroughly enjoy the music we play. We have both participated in the Urdd Eisteddfod in Wales in separate bands, and both led our jazz bands to victory. By taking part in jazz bands we have taken on key leadership roles, and have many ideas on improving the band. We hope to increase membership numbers and have more opportunities to play on and off campus. As we are running together, we hope that we can share responsibilities and spend more time on the publicity of the band. Thank you for reading and please vote!
